Returns & Exchanges

A note on pre-owned pieces

Just a reminder that some of the pieces are pre-owned vintage. Signs of age may appear and we consider these to be part of the vintage appeal. 

We carefully select every item to ensure that we're selling quality goods and will describe any visible damages in our item description. Signs of age include: loose buttons, slightly faded fabric, loose or missing sequins/beads (that do not impact the overall look), loose threads on sweaters, etc. that may need a little attention. 

We will never sell an item that is damaged beyond wearability. We hope you'll take this into consideration when buying with us.


Not in Love no problem… Our Returns & Exchange Process

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, all returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Feel free to contact us if you would like an exchange item to be put on hold.

We kindly ask that items are returned in their original, re-saleable condition - unworn with all labels intact and shoes must be returned in their original box. 


We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or labels removed.

When returning your purchase please fill in the Returns form, included with your order and send to the following address:

Please note that any reduced-priced merchandise, plus beauty (such as creams or nail polish), intimates, earrings and vintage items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Return Postage

The customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend that items are returned via a tracked service. 

Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced. Please retain your proof of postage for your records until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.


Return Processing

We will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been received and processed. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

For exchanges and refunds, we do not reimburse the original or return shipping charges unless your item is faulty.

Refunds can take 3–5 working days to reach your account.
